01 Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your PCI Proxy EU plan at any time. When upgrading, the new pricing takes effect immediately and is pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, so you keep full access to your current tier until then.
02 How does billing work? Are there any setup fees?
PCI Proxy EU bills monthly with no long-term contracts required. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no cancellation penalties. Enterprise customers may opt for annual billing with a discount. All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
03 What happens if I exceed my monthly tokenization limit?
If you approach your tokenization limit, we will notify you in advance. Overages are billed at a per-token rate that is communicated upfront when you sign up. You can also upgrade to a higher tier at any point to get a larger allocation at a lower per-token cost.
